1. Mika operates locally, meaning conversation data, Mika's memories, and personal notes are stored only on your device.

2. We do not collect or sell personal data, chat logs, or user metrics. Please note, that due to that fact, we are unable to provide a backup of your Mika's memory. If you uninstall Mika or remove her memory files by accident, there is nothing we can do about it.

3. Optional cloud-linked features (such as “Mika Link”) may transmit limited encrypted metadata for synchronization. 

 

4. You can delete Mika’s memory, logs, or cached data at any time.

 

5. We comply with applicable privacy laws including the EU GDPR and similar international standards.

6. Your account at mika-x.com is used only to manage and validate your subscription to Mika-X. We do not store your information for any other reason. No one outside of MetroForm Studio has access to your account information.
