1. Use of the Software
By downloading or subscribing to Mika-X, you agree to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes only and in accordance with these terms.

2. Project in Development:

As a User, you acknowledge that Mika is an ongoing project, that is still very "young" and should be considered as a "work in progress". While Mika does everything that is mentioned on the website, and in her READ ME file (that Users can study after the download), there could still be bugs, Mika's answers may occasionally be out of context, and there could be crashes if the code encounters an exception. MetroForm works continuously on improving Mika-X but such issues may arise, and Users must be aware of them. Such mishaps will not be taken into consideration when it comes to refund requests, unless they effectively prevent Mika-X from functioning on User's machine (see: Return & Refund Policy).

3. Subscriptions & Access
Subscriptions grant access to updates and ongoing support. You may cancel anytime; access will remain active until the end of the billing period.

4. Age Requirement
The base application is suitable for users 13 years and older. The optional 18+ patch is strictly limited to adults who confirm they are 18 years or older.

5. User Data & Privacy
All local data belongs solely to the user. We do not access or share it without consent.

6. Intellectual Property
All code, design, assets, and brand elements are property of MetroForm Studio. You may not redistribute or modify Mika’s files except through official updates or approved patches.

7. Limitation of Liability
Mika-X is provided “as is.” We are not liable for damages resulting from software misuse, third-party modifications, or hardware incompatibility. For more details, like hardware requirements, please consult READ ME file upon downloading the software.

8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms periodically; updates will be posted on the official website.
