Return & Refund Policy

We want every user to be satisfied with Mika.

However, there are several things you, as a User, need to be aware of:

 

1. Project in Development: as stated in Terms of Service, you acknowledge that Mika is an ongoing project, that is still very "young" and could be considered a "work in progress". While Mika does everything that is mentioned on the website, and in her READ ME file (that Users can study after the download), there could still be bugs, Mika's answers may occasionally be out of context, and there could be crashes if the code encounters an exception. MetroForm works continuously on improving Mika-X but such issues may arise, and Users must be aware of them. Such mishaps will not be taken into consideration when it comes to refund requests, unless they effectively prevent Mika-X from functioning on User's machine.

2. Trial: Mika-X gives you 7 days of trial before you are charged for the first month of subscription. You have one week to test Mika-X and decide if you are interested in using the app. You can cancel your trial at any moment within these 7 days free of charge. Please mind, if you cancel the trial and then resume it at a later date, you will be only given the remaining trial days before you are charged for the first month of use.

3. Subscription: Once you are charged for the first month, the subscription will renew every month, until canceled. If you have been charged for a new month of use, the fee for this month may be refunded within 24h. After that period, the fee is non-refundable. Upon cancellation of your subscription, you will still be able to use Mika-X till the end of your current billing period.

 

4. Refund requests: Every refund request is considered individually. If you need a refund due to things like installation issues, technical problems preventing the app from working, forgetting to cancel subscription (up to 24h after being charged) or accidental duplicate charges, contact us at: support@mika-x.com

 

We reserve the right to deny refunds for misuse, chargeback abuse, or deliberate circumvention of age restrictions. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
